MONTHLY ONLINE COACHING
3 MONTHS COACHING
The program begins with an assessment phase where the lifter provides information about their current strength levels, training history, and any specific goals or limitations they may have. This assessment helps the online coach, myself, understand the individual’s starting point and create a customized plan.
We establish specific goals for the training cycle or program. These goals might include increasing one’s max (1RM) in the squat, bench press, and deadlift, improving overall strength and muscle mass, enhancing technique, or preparing for a powerlifting competition.
Through video analysis and feedback to help lifters improve their lifting technique.
Regular communication between myself and the lifter. Communication by email and/or messaging platforms. Provides guidance, answers questions, and offers support throughout the training cycle.
Based on the individual’s progress, adjustments to the program are made to ensure continued progress and address any challenges or plateaus.
