With a background in soccer, I have gained firsthand understanding of the crucial role that physical conditioning and performance play in achieving success. I further honed my expertise by graduating from George Mason University with a degree in Exercise Science.
In order to augment my knowledge and practical skills, I sought opportunities to immerse myself in the field of strength and conditioning. As a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Delaware, I gained valuable experience working with athletes at a collegiate level. This invaluable experience motivated me to pursue a career as a personal trainer, where I dedicated an entire decade to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals in various gym settings. Witnessing the transformative journey of several athletes I trained, as they reached professional status in their respective sports, has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.
In 2020, I made a bold decision to venture into full-time self-employment, establishing BH Fitness as its founder. Since then, I have been dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their fitness aspirations through personalized training and guidance. Furthermore, since 2013, I have embraced the world of competitive powerlifting, which serves as a testament to my unyielding commitment and determination in my own fitness journey. By combining my academic knowledge, practical experience, and personal dedication, I am able to provide comprehensive support to individuals striving for optimal fitness and performance.
